AnalogX PortMapper

AnalogX PortMapper allows you to map any port on your computer to any IP address and port on another machine, and you can also, limit access based on the incoming IP address.

PortMapper works on all versions of Windows, from Window 95 to Windows 7 and everything inbetween (including XP, Vista, Win2k, etc).
